How long does your equipment last? One year? Two? Five? And we mean how long does it last without any maintenance? Ten years ago, in January 2005, we produced a custom orientation video for one of our favorite clients. Embedded in the script was a great message about card signing. It wasn’t the main theme, but it got the point across well.

When the client called recently to update the video they couldn’t believe it had been ten years. That’s a heckuva return on investment. They were ecstatic that we had designed such a quality program that withstood the test of time in a retail environment where they trained numerous employees and did not have any substantial union activity.
